These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ProBookable, including our website, booking tools, and business management features. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws.

Bookings and payments

ProBookable connects service professionals with clients. Availability, pricing, cancellations, and refunds are set by each business using the platform unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Booking text messages

ProBookable booking messages are optional. If you tick the text-message box when booking, the business you booked with sends you messages about that booking through ProBookable: a confirmation, notice of changes, and a reminder, up to 4 messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply. Replies are not read; to change a booking, use the link in the message or contact the business.

Reply STOP to stop all messages from that number, and START to receive them again. Reply HELP or email mail@probookable.com for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or upload unlawful or harmful content.

Limitation of liability

ProBookable is provided on an as-is basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
