ProBookable respects your privacy. This policy describes the information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using our booking and business management platform.

Information we collect

We collect account details you provide (such as name and email), booking and scheduling data, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service (for example, device and usage logs).

How we use information

• Provide, maintain, and improve ProBookable features
• Process bookings and authenticate users
• Communicate service updates and respond to support requests
• Protect against fraud, abuse, and security incidents

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data with service providers who help us operate the platform, when required by law, or with your direction (for example, when you book with a business on ProBookable).

Text messages

When you tick the text-message box while booking, we keep your mobile number and the time you agreed. We use them only to send messages about that booking (confirmation, changes, reminder). Messages are delivered through our SMS provider (TextMagic).

We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Reply STOP to stop messages at any time, or HELP for help.

Your choices

You may update account information in your dashboard settings. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable law provides those rights.
